03 — Services, stated plainly

Three crafts.
Zero fog.

No jargon, no ecosystems. Below is exactly what we do, what each engagement includes, and how you pay for it.

P.01 — VARIETY GOODS SOURCING & WHOLESALE◧

The right lot, not the biggest lot.

Tell us what your customers buy and how fast it moves. We assemble mixed or single-category lots — home, lifestyle, small electricals and rotating seasonal lines — sized to your sell-through, with graded quality tiers labelled in plain words. Every lot ships with a packing list that matches the cartons, and batch photos taken before dispatch, not from a catalogue shoot three years ago.

Includes: requirement sheet · options with landed costs · samples where feasible · QC checkpoints · proof of dispatch · shortage top-up or refund.

Priced: per lot, fixed in a written quotation with an expiry date. Reorders get a standing price while the source holds.

P.02 — COMMISSION AGENCY & REPRESENTATION◈

Someone in the middle who acts like it.

For sellers who need buyers, and buyers who need sellers: introductions, negotiation support, documentation and delivery follow-through. The mandate is one page — scope, rate, duration, and who pays. Statements carry commission as its own line, and dual representation happens only with both sides' written knowledge.

Includes: mandate letter · counterparty screening · negotiation notes · contract coordination · payment & delivery tracking.

Priced: fixed percentage or per-deal fee, agreed before the first introduction. No success, no fee — in writing.

P.03 — IT PRODUCTS, SERVICES & CONSULTANCY▣

Computers specified for the workload, not the invoice.

Hardware and peripheral supply, setup, and plain-spoken advice for small businesses, clinics, tuition centres and home offices: workstations, networking basics, printers, backup and the unglamorous work of making it all log in on Monday morning. We spec against what you actually run — and will talk you down a tier when the cheaper machine is the right one.

Includes: needs survey · spec sheet with alternatives · supply & setup · handover notes · warranty handling · optional quarterly check-ins.

Priced: per project for supply & setup; consultancy per session or per project — quoted up front, in writing.

FAIR QUESTIONS

Asked before
signing.

How fast will I get a quotation? +

Stocked lines: usually within 2 working days. Indent or project work: after the survey or sample round, with a date we commit to up front. A quotation always carries an expiry date — prices move, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Can you source something not on your shelves? +

Often, yes. Send a photo, a link, or even a rough description; we'll tell you within a few working days whether it's obtainable at a sane price — and when it isn't, we'll say that too, with the reason.

What if goods arrive damaged or short? +

Photograph it on arrival, tell us within 48 hours, and choose: top-up or refund on the verified shortfall. Carrier claims are our errand, not your homework.

Do you require deposits? +

For indent and project orders, a staged deposit stated in the quotation. For stocked lots, payment against proof of dispatch. Terms are printed before money moves — never negotiated after.
